Book your session
Once you’ve decided to book with me, click the Book Now button. You’ll be directed to a booking page where you’ll pay your session fee and complete a form that lets me know which session you’re booking, along with some details about you. This form also gives you the option to request your preferred date and time for the shoot.
I’ll be in touch to confirm your requested date and time. If I’m unavailable, we’ll work together to find a time that suits us both. You’ll also receive a pricing and product guide to help you start thinking about which products may suit your needs.
As part of the process, you’ll receive a questionnaire that helps me tailor the session to your pet and preferences, as well as a contract for us both to sign.
About a week before your shoot, I’ll check in with some practical tips to help you prepare, so you feel ready and relaxed on the day and get the best possible results from your session.
Your photoshoot
This is your photoshoot, the part where everything we’ve planned starts to take shape. We’ll meet at the agreed location, and I’ll get started capturing natural, high-quality images of you and your horse or pets. There’s no rush. We begin slowly to allow both you and your animal to settle in and feel comfortable with the camera and surroundings. Whether your pet is calm and steady or more energetic and curious, I adapt the session to suit their personality and pace, making sure the experience feels easy and relaxed for everyone involved.
Throughout the shoot, I’ll guide you with simple directions when needed, but the goal is to let genuine moments unfold. This is about creating images that reflect your connection - photos that feel real and meaningful. By the end of the session, we’ll have a strong gallery of images that you’ll be proud to display in your home - pieces that not only look beautiful but also hold sentimental value.
Within a few days of your session, I’ll reach out to book your design and ordering appointment. This is when you’ll view your images for the first time, and together, we’ll select your favourites and choose how you’d like to enjoy them - whether as framed prints, albums, or wall art tailored to your space.
Within two weeks of your photoshoot, we’ll meet for your design and ordering appointment which is an important step in bringing your images to life. This appointment takes place either in person or online, depending on what suits you best. You’ll be able to view the full gallery of professionally edited images from your session which presented in a way that makes it easy to see the full impact of each photo.
I’ll guide you through the process of selecting your favourite images, whether you’re choosing digital files, wall art, albums, or a combination. You’ll get clear, practical advice on which options will best suit your home, lifestyle, and budget. Whether you're after a statement piece for the wall or a keepsake album to revisit for years to come.
There’s no minimum spend or pressure to purchase anything you're not completely happy with. All purchases are made and paid for during this appointment, so everything is handled efficiently in one sitting. This ensures your order is processed without delay and sets the stage for getting your final products into your hands as soon as possible.
