In case of emergency

If you have an emergency on the day of your photoshoot and can’t make your appointment, please text or call Adam on 0438 816 877 at your earliest convenience.

Bad Weather

In the event of bad weather or rain, Adam will contact you to discuss alternative options for your photoshoot. Your safety and comfort are always a top priority. There is no additional session fee for postponements due to weather. Adam will reschedule your shoot at the next available time to ensure your session still goes ahead without compromise.

Have fun at your photoshoot!

This is the exciting part and whether you’re in front of the camera or it’s your pet or horse stealing the spotlight, you’re in for a fun and relaxing experience.

Book a design and ordering appointment.

Within a few days of your photoshoot I’ll be in touch to book your appointment. This is where your photos will be presented to you and you decide what to order. Don’t worry – you’re not on your own and I’m here to help you through the process.

You receive your products.

You receive your digital collections or artwork. If you purchase digital collections during your appointment they’ll be mailed out to you ASAP! Wall art and photo album orders will be sent to my amazing printers and once they’re ready either I’ll drop them off to you or they’ll be couriered directly to you.

Payment

Payment for your order is taken during the design and ordering appointment. There are two ways to do this:

Pay in full or,

You can secure your order with a 50% deposit at your design and ordering appointment, with the remaining 50% payable over six months in equal monthly instalments. This plan is completely interest-free.

Please note: Products will only be delivered once your order has been paid in full.
